About the university

Mingachevir State University (MSU) is a public university in Mingachevir, Azerbaijan’s industrial and energy hub. Reorganized in 2015, it follows a modern education model. MSU has 10 departments across 3 faculties: Education, Economics and Management, and Engineering.
