The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Science
and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan are pleased to announce the
opening of applications for the Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant
Program for the 2026-2027 academic year.
This prestigious scholarship provides international students with the
opportunity to pursue higher education in Azerbaijan.
